Terms of Service
Last updated: 31-AUGUST-2026
These terms set out the basis on which we sell to you. They're written to be read, not skipped, the sections on product safety, cancelling, and our guarantee are the ones that matter most to you, so they come early.
By placing an order, you accept these terms.
SECTION 1: Who you're buying from
MAK GLOBE LTD, trading as Elvaroot.
Registered in England and Wales, company number: 15073432. Registered office: VAT number: GB465035016.
Contact us at elvaroot2@gmail.com. We reply within 24 business hours.
In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Elvaroot. "You" means the person placing the order.
SECTION 2: Your legal rights come first
Anything under the terms and conditions conflicts with the rights as a consumer under UK law, your legal rights win. If a person finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
SECTION 3: What our products are and what they aren't
3.1 Food supplements
Our supplements are foods, not medicines. They are food supplements under the Food
Supplements (England) Regulations and the equivalent regulations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on our website, packaging or social media is medical advice, and none of it should be a reason to start, stop or change any treatment. If something about your health concerns you, speak to a doctor.
Supplements don't replace a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. Don't exceed the dose as the suggested dose is mentioned on the label.
3.2 Who shouldn't take our supplements
Speak to a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are pregnant, trying to conceive, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication particularly blood thinners, or medication for blood pressure or diabetes living with a health condition, or due to have surgery.
Our supplements are not suitable for anyone under 18.
Stop taking the product and get medical advice if you experience any adverse reaction.
3.3 Copperware
Copper vessels carry specific safety requirements, and buying one means accepting them.
Use with plain drinking water only. Never fill with juice, citrus water, vinegar drinks, carbonated drinks, milk, alcohol or hot liquids acidic and fizzy drinks draw copper into the liquid. Empty and rinse daily rather than leaving water standing for long periods. Hand wash only, copper is not dishwasher safe.
Do not use a copper vessel if you have Wilson's disease or any other condition affecting how your body handles copper, or if a medical professional has advised you to limit your copper intake. Not suitable for young children.
3.4 Allergens and ingredients
Full ingredients appear on every product page and on the label. If you have an allergy or intolerance, check the label on the product you actually receive formulations and suppliers can change, and the label is always the authoritative source.
3.5 Following the instructions
You're responsible for reading and following the usage, dosage, care and safety guidance supplied with each product. We aren't liable for harm caused by using a product contrary to that guidance.
SECTION 4: Buying from us
4.1 How an order becomes a contract
Our website is an invitation to buy, not an offer. When you place an order, you're making an offer to us.
We'll email an acknowledgement straight away that confirms we've received your order, but it isn't acceptance. The contract exists only once we email to confirm your order has been dispatched.
4.2 When we might not accept an order
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, we've found a pricing error, we can't authorise payment, we can't deliver to your address, or we reasonably believe the order is fke. If we do, we'll tell you and refund anything you've paid in full.
4.3 Age
You must be 18 or over to order from us.
4.4 Buying to resell
Our prices are for personal use. If you'd like to stock Elvaroot, email elvaroot2gmail.com about wholesale terms rather than ordering through the site.
SECTION 5: Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where it applies and are shown in the currency you select at checkout.
Payment is taken when you order. We use third-party payment providers and never see or store your full card details.
Prices can change, but never after you've ordered. If we find a genuine pricing error on something you've bought, we'll ask whether you want it at the correct price or would rather cancel. If we can't reach you, we'll cancel and refund.
SECTION 6: Changing your mind, 14 days
You can cancel or return or claim refund within 14 days of receiving your order, with a proper a reason. This is your legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How. Email elvaroot2@gmail.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. A clear statement is enough. you don't need a particular form, though the model cancellation form in the Regulations is available if you prefer it.
Returning. Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is yours unless the goods were faulty, damaged or not as described. Please look after them while you have them.
Your refund. We'll refund what you paid, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of the goods reaching us or of you proving you've sent them, whichever comes first. If you paid for faster delivery, we refund our standard rate. If goods come back showing more handling than you'd have given them in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect the lost value.
What's excluded. Opened supplements, goods that can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons lose the cancellation right once the seal is broken, that's the law, and it's why we offer the guarantee below instead.
SECTION 7: Our 30-day guarantee
This sits alongside your legal rights and goes further than them.
Try any Elvaroot supplement for up to 30 days. If you're not glad you did, email us with your order number, and with proper solid reasons, we'll refund you opened bottles included.
Because it's a promise we make voluntarily, we can set limits on it: we may decline claims where there's evidence of abuse, such as repeat claims across multiple orders. It never reduces what you're entitled to by law.
SECTION 8: If something's wrong with your order
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, what we sell must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances and how long you've had it.
Email us with photos where you can. For anything damaged in transit, telling us within 48 hours helps us sort it quickly. That's a request, not a limit on your rights.
SECTION 9: What we say about our products
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but:
Photographs are illustrative. Our copperware is made by hand, so hammering patterns, tone and finish vary between pieces. Natural ingredients vary in colour, aroma and taste between batches. Neither is a fault.
Information about traditional uses of botanicals is provided for general interest. It describes how plants have historically been used, not what they will do for you.
We may change formulations, packaging or suppliers. The label on the product you receive is always authoritative, so read it rather than relying on the website.
SECTION 10: Reviews and anything you post
If you leave a review, it must be your honest opinion based on genuinely using the product.
You give us permission to display and reuse it in our marketing.
We'll remove content that's unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that makes medical claims about our products, including claims we'd like to be able to make ourselves. We aren't permitted to publish health claims, and that applies to customer reviews on our own site too.
SECTION 11: Our content
The text, photographs, packaging design, logos and site design here belong to us or are licensed to us. Read them, print them for your own use, share a link all fine. Copying them for commercial use, including for a competing store, isn't.
SECTION 12: Where our responsibility ends
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility where the law does not allow us to do so. This includes responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Other than these situations, we are responsible for losses that are a reasonably foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected, or for problems caused by using a product incorrectly or against the instructions provided.
Our products are intended for personal and household use. We are not responsible for business-related losses, including loss of profits, business interruption, or other commercial losses.
SECTION 13: Things outside anyone's control
If something genuinely beyond our control stops us delivering supplier failure, extreme weather, industrial action, fire, flood, a public health emergency, or action by a government or courier we'll tell you as soon as we can, and we're not liable for the delay itself. If the delay is substantial, you can cancel and we'll refund anything undelivered.
SECTION 14: Your personal information
We handle your data under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it, and forms part of these terms.
SECTION 15: If you want to complain
Email elvaroot2@gmail.com. We'll acknowledge within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 3-5 working days.
SECTION 16: Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it changes never apply backwards to a contract already made.
